Dr. Scott Colman joined The Hetrick Center team in 2001, along with his wife Dr. Mary Colman. They purchased The Hetrick Center in 2015, with a vision of further-developing a unique facility committed to integrated care and natural pain relief. In doing this, Dr. Colman engages The Hetrick Center’s team in the company’s purpose: spreading positivity, sharing in a winning team mindset, and having impact. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys working with athletes in his practice. When not busy with work, Dr. Colman can be found golfing and following his kids’ sporting-related activities.

Dr. Mary J. Colman is a board-certified chiropractor who has been in practice since 2001. She has specialized education in treating babies, children, and pregnant women. Dr. Mary also has a personal interest in treating various hormonal issues. She has studied under Dr. Janet Lang, and has advanced continuing education in treating female (pre, peri, and postmenopausal), adrenal, thyroid, and other hormonal issues. Dr. Mary also does saliva testing and utilizes the Standard Process supplements to successfully treat many conditions and improve quality of life.

Edward Bartakovits, DC “Dr. B” was in private practice in south central PA from 1985-2002. He moved to North Carolina to pursue other endeavors and returned to PA in 2008. Dr. B joined the Hetrick Center team in 2008. He utilizes various forms of soft tissue mobilization, in addition to manipulative techniques. In his free time, Dr. B enjoys Beekeeping, Gardening, Furniture Making.

Charlene Hobbie, D.C. is a board-certified chiropractor who has been with the Hetrick Center since 2009. She specializes in adjusting pregnant women and also children. Dr. Hobbie worked as an instructor at Southern CA University of Health Sciences as well as worked in a practice in Orange, CA for 2 years before joining the Hetrick Center. She primarily treats patients at the Mechanicsburg location but also has some hours in Middletown. In her spare time, Dr. Hobbie enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children.

Tim Duke D.C. has been with The Hetrick Center since 2008, and practices at our Mechanicsburg and Harrisburg offices. Dr. Duke treats a variety of patients, but his practice focuses on spine-related pain. He also specializes in the treatment and management of patients involved in motor vehicle collisions. In his spare time, Dr. Duke enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife and son.

Dr. Pavelko joined the Hetrick Center in 2014. He is a graduate of New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY. He underwent clinical rotations through Bath Veterans Memorial and Monroe Community Hospitals in New York, where he established a collaborative approach to treating a vast array of spinal injuries. His area of expertise is utilizing a conservative, non-surgical approach in the treatment of neuromusculoskeletal spinal and extremity disorders.
Dr. Dan has an athletic background playing football through college. While holding an advanced certificate in Sports Science and Human Performance, he maintains a strong interest in enhancing the functional performance of athletes and treating sports-related injuries.

Dr. Alexandra Marriggi Potter was born and raised in Plains, Pennsylvania. She completed her undergraduate degree at Temple University, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. She then graduated with her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange Florida in 2018. Prior to joining us at the Hetrick Center, Dr. Alex had resided and practiced in Gainesville Florida, while her husband, completed his medical physics residency at The University of Florida. Dr. Alex and her husband moved back to Pennsylvania to be closer to her family, fall weather, and work. When Dr. Alex is not in the office she enjoys spending quality time outdoors with her husband, and her bernedoodle Alfred.
Dr. Alex utilizes various techniques in practice including Diversified, Thompson, COX Flexion Distraction, Activator, and various soft tissue modalities.

Dr. Michael O’Donovan “Dr. Mickey” joined The Hetrick Center in 2022 following 6 years of practice in sunny Florida. Dr. Mickey is a PA native and was born and raised in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area. After completing his undergraduate studies at Susquehanna University, Dr. Mickey attended Palmer College of Chiropractic’s Florida campus and graduated in 2016, receiving Palmer’s Clinical Excellence Award upon graduation. Having discovered chiropractic through his own personal experiences with injuries, Dr. Mickey is an advocate for comprehensive, patient-centered care and enjoys helping patients achieve their goals of pain relief non-invasively. In his free time, Dr. Mickey enjoys golfing, spending time with his wife and 2 daughters, and enjoying all of the delicious food that PA has to offer!

Dr. Davline was born and raised in Puerto Rico where she was exposed to chiropractic care from a young age, while playing volleyball. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de PR. She graduated from Northeast College of Sciences in New York last October with special certifications in Custom Stabilizing Orthotics and Sports Science and Human Performance. When she isn’t working, Dr. Davline enjoys cooking.

She is also certified in the McKenzie Method for spinal conditions. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Tracey was drawn to the Hetrick Center because she liked the idea of working closely with other practitioners to make sure clients needs can be met even when massage is not the answer. She doesn’t really specialize in any particular brand of massage therapy–when she takes continuing education courses, she picks up the techniques that work best for her and adds them to her current repertoire. She has experience in Swedish, sports, trigger point, prenatal, and cupping massage. Tracey is currently working on getting a certification in medical massage therapy. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys running and reading.

Bryan is very passionate about massage. He was first introduced to massage therapy at age 14 on a field trip to Pittsburgh where he learned about the works of Dr Janet Travell. (She was a leading pioneer in the study of referred pain and the discovery of trigger points). Bryan has a special interest in trigger point therapy and myofascial release. He loves to learn and is excited about some upcoming CE courses to expand his massage skills and knowledge. Prior to massage therapy, Bryan was a professional ballet dancer for many years. He also has worked at both Disneyland in California and Disney World in Florida. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his two rescue cats.
