Cancellation/No Show Policy
Our goal is to provide quality healthcare to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers and staff, but our other patients as well. There will be no exceptions of any kind, so please be aware of our policy that will be upheld ongoing.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call or text us at 717-944-2225. You may leave a voicemail if it is outside normal business hours.
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. Arriving later than your scheduled appointment time will result in a late arrival, and if your appointment needs to be rescheduled, will also count as a late cancellation. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without canceling. In any case, we will charge a $25 missed appointment fee for chiropractic and physical/aquatic therapy. There will be a one-time grace period per patient, and charges will occur on the second infraction.
For a new patient's first appointment, or an established patient's evaluation, a no show, late arrival, or late cancellation will result in a $50 fee as that type of appointment encompasses a longer amount of reserved time. There will not be a grace period for this type of missed appointment.
All infractions for a massage will be charged a $50 fee with no grace period. This fee MUST be paid before you can schedule and/or receive any future massage appointments. A massage gift certificate may be redeemed in exchange for the massage fee.
Thank you for making timely appointment cancellations, as well as on-time arrivals for your appointments. We are aware that things do come-up and we are kindly asking for plenty of advanced notice when these things arise.
